Novice Cheer
Novice Cheer is a program designed for athletes with some or no previous cheer experience. This program aims to foster a love for All-Star cheer while prioritizing skill-building and growth in a low-pressure environment. Athletes participating in Novice Cheer will engage in once-a-week practices lasting 1.5 hours.
Elite Cheer
All-Star Elite cheerleading is a distinct form of competition cheer that differs significantly from youth or high school competition cheer. It revolves solely around competition, with each team having a home gym rather than a home high school. All-Star cheerleading emphasizes team spirit over vocal cheers, focusing on being a cohesive team rather than supporting other school sports.
Midseason Cheer
Golden Elite All-Star Midseason Teams offer athletes an opportunity to experience the excitement of All-Stars with less practice time and financial obligation while still emphasizing fun, skill acquisition and teamwork.

This gym is unlike any other I have come across. I toured many gyms before instantly deciding on GEA for my daughter. The positivity is apparent as soon as you walk through the doors. I loved that the coaches seemed to be having just as much fun as the kids they're coaching, while still holding them up to high standards - not an easy thing to do! Rich and Yvonne have added a unique 'family' style to their gym, and it shows in the pride, loyalty, and smiles of the athletes!!
Kadence and I have loved our experience this last year at GEA!! The Lil Nuggets learned so much!! And had a great time too!! The coaches were fabulous!! As are the owners! We will definitely do it again this year!! Thanks GEA!!
